Welcome to TideTrackr. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TideTrackr mobile application ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

TideTrackr is operated by an individual sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

To use TideTrackr, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
  
  

• Sign in with Apple or Google
  
  

• Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  
  

3. What TideTrackr Does

TideTrackr is a health tracking app that lets you log:

• Weight and body metrics
  
  

• Medication use
  
  

• Blood glucose and HbA1c (if applicable)
  
  

• Nutrition, hydration, and exercise
  
  

• Optional symptoms
  
  

The App provides data tracking and visualisation tools only. It is not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions based on the App.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, personal information
  
  

• Keep your account secure
  
  

• Use the App for personal, lawful purposes
  
  

• Not interfere with the App or access others' data
  
  

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google
  
  

• Prices and terms will be shown before payment
  
  

• You can cancel or manage subscriptions via your device settings
  
  

• Refunds are subject to Apple/Google’s policies — TideTrackr does not process refunds directly
  
  

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy, including:

• Health and metric data you enter
  
  

• Account data from your Google or Apple login
  
  

• Purchase status if using premium features
  
  

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

7. Third‑Party Services

TideTrackr uses trusted third-party providers:

• Supabase – to store and protect your data
  
  

• RevenueCat – to manage subscriptions
  
  

• Firebase Crashlytics – for crash diagnostics
  
  

Each service has its own privacy terms, which you should review separately. No health data is used for advertising.

8. Intellectual Property & Security

The TideTrackr App, charts, branding, and design are the property of the developer. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the App
  
  

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  
  

• Create derivative works without permission
  
  

We recommend you do not use the App on rooted or jailbroken devices, as this may compromise data security.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide reliable service, but:

• Features may change, update, or be removed at any time
  
  

• Access may be interrupted for updates or maintenance
  
  

• We are not liable for temporary disruptions or bugs
  
  

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
  
  

• You misuse the App or its data
  
  

• We are legally required to do so
  
  

If terminated, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
  

• This includes lost data, lost profits, or device issues caused by the App
  
  

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  
  

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be handled under UK law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If there are material changes, we’ll provide in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
